The flowers were beautiful. However, I had to call and find out why the flowers were not delivered by 6:00PM, thank Goodness the owners son answered. He said they tried delivering but it was a locked entrance to apartments and no one answered the phone number given. They were home all day. In the end my friend received her birthday flowers by 6:45PM.I have only one other complaint. I really don't understand why I was charged $6.00 delivery fee, when the receipient of flowers lives less than a mile from the floral shop. It also indicated on the site I ordered from indicated no delivery fee when delivered within the delivery area.
